张少斐,宁波湍流电子科技有限公司CTO&合伙人。本科毕业于北京大学化学与分子工程学院,博士毕业于美国北卡州立大学化学方向,2017年至2018年在英国曼彻斯特大学从事博士后研究。2018年至今合伙创建湍流电子科技有限公司,领导团队进行碳氢类聚合物-陶瓷复合介电材料的开发和生产。截至目前,已累计在国际知名期刊发表论文9篇,已授权美国国家专利1篇,已公开中国国家专利4篇。公司开发出的相关材料已取得市场认证并实现了量产化。
Zhang Shaofei, CTO&Partner of Ningbo Turbulence Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. He graduated from the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering of Peking University with a bachelor's degree and North Carolina State University with a doctor's degree in chemistry. From 2017 to 2018, he was engaged in postdoctoral research at the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. Since 2018, we have partnered to establish Turbulent Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. and led a team to develop and produce hydrocarbon polymer ceramic composite dielectric materials. As of now, a total of 9 papers have been published in internationally renowned journals, 1 US national patent has been authorized, and 4 Chinese national patents have been publicly disclosed. The relevant materials developed by the company have obtained market certification and achieved mass production.

PCB是电子产业的核心材料之一,本课程系统性地介绍了PCB主要分类、生产工艺和应用特点。通过本课程的学习,电子相关专业的同学能够熟悉掌握PCB的生产与使用的基本知识,了解当前PCB产业的新材料和新趋势,深刻理解材料与性能的密切关系。为电子相关同学未来从事硬件设计、PCB相关工作打下坚实的基础。为有志于从事材料研究的学生提供了一个现实的产业方向。
PCB is one of the core materials in the electronic industry. This course systematically introduces the main classifications, production processes, and application characteristics of PCB. Through the study of this course, students majoring in electronics can familiarize themselves with the basic knowledge of PCB production and use, understand the new materials and trends in the current PCB industry, and deeply understand the close relationship between materials and performance. To lay a solid foundation for electronic related students to engage in hardware design and PCB related work in the future. This provides a realistic industry direction for students who aspire to engage in material research.
