This course is a must-required course for Fortune Global 500 companies, especially for new hires or employees within three years. The course adopts the results of the research and practice of Professional Dynametric Programs (PDP) .
PDP is a behavioral assessment that measures the dynamics of individuals,including their behavioral traits, decision-making style, energy level and satisfaction index.PDP works as an “X-ray” of a person's talent. It assists individuals in strengths and weaknesses discovering, career planning, industry selection, career selection, communication and interpersonal relationships. It was jointly developed by more than 40 doctors from the Institute of Behavioral Science of the University of Colorado and the Institute of Statistical Science of the University of Southern California in 1978. It is available in more than 40 countries and in 13 languages. It is widely used by Fortune Global 500 companies,such as Huawei,ICBC, IBM and JD.
