西安电子科技大学先进材料与纳米科技学院主办的第二届国际智能绿色互联社会技术大会（2ndInternational Conference on Technologies for Smart Green Connected Societies, ICTSGS-2）定于2023年7月22日至2023年7月24日在线上举行。ICTSGS年度会议的目的是让科学家、学生和工业界人士参与实现联合国可持续发展目标。我们诚挚的邀请来自全球的专家、学者和科研人员与会交流，共同探讨实现生态系统恢复存在的挑战，加速技术创新和实现联合国倡导的可持续发展目标。

本届会议与美国电化学会ECS和英国物理学会IOP合作出版会议论文和学术论文，即日起本届会议围绕主题征集摘要。所有提交的摘要经评审后将被邀请发表在Journal of Physics: Conference Series (Web of Science, EI Complendex和Scopus收录)，遴选的论文经严格的同行评议后将推荐至SCI收录期刊IOP Nanotechnology和IOP Physica Scripta，以及ECS Sensors Plus。
本届会议在每个专题设置多个奖项，包括Best Paper and Poster Award, Best Student Presentation Award, Early Career Award, Women in SDG Award, Emerging TOP Research Award, Mid-career Outstanding Achievement Award，Energy Award, Sensors award, Engineering award and innovation award。奖项将由大会组委会、美国电化学会ECS、Cultural Association I3-Ideas Innovation Inclusion颁发。
